Matsuo kind of requested me to post more of my daily life, and I quite agree that even though this blog is titled "art and life blog" it's been mostly about my art. So, yeah. More life updates. It means longer entries though, because I do rant a lot, like, a lot.
So few days ago Andro came over as usual. We did some grocery shopping and we also sent out packages... I finally sent my 2416 zine to my net friend Ketut. If you haven't seen his works go click the link because he's awesome.
My mom's still out of town so yours truly is in charge for cooking. I was bummed that shiitake and oyster mushroom packs I bought earlier had gone bad, but thankfully I bought enough things to make up for them.
What I cooked:

Don't they look delish? :9 The bowl on the top side of the pic is actually Andro's bowl so it's not part of the menu, eheh.
While cooking I often thought about how I actually like cooking and preparing the menu, it's kind of funny because I used to think that cooking is so troublesome. Guess everything changed when I decided to stop eating red meat (yes, due to kind of lame reason back then but now I actually don't really like the taste or even smell of red meat anymore) because I need to cook most of my meals; my family is largely team carnivore.

In other news, I had done the drawing for Mizielle~ ♥ But my internet connection is so shit (been on USB tethering for almost a week now, thank god for smartphones), hopefully I can email her the preview just fine.
Also. Remember when I sent out handmade cards last year?
Well it was fun, and I kind of want to do it again. This time might be a little different though, since I don't think I'm gonna draw and make every card by hand, I was thinking about printing my illustrations as postcards.
But since I need $$$ to make it happen I have to sell the postcards. Of course I'll slip an extra customized card (with my writings and greetings, maybe with more decorations too) for free on every purchase.
I'll get into the details about price later, but do you guys think this is actually a good idea, as in, do you think people would be interested in buying postcards with my illustration? Let me know what you think pls~ ^^ xx
